P sure he's Terminus, who feel in the fight against Taranis, the zalside looking Hal was definitely injured so we assume feel as well, and we were told Pandora fell when she got exhausted. Not ruling it out but I doubt anyone in the house is there because they tried to commit suicide..
He can't be Taranus. He fell just before, and quite a distance away from Shanti's land fall. This whole set up feels as though it's been here for quite a while. One needs to accumulate pesos before acquiring a house like that, which means that there must be someone there who is able to hold down a job and not look too weird to the locals.
I notice that our host has sawed off his horns (a la Hellboy) but either they can only be cut back so far, or they are growing back. Taranus could not have been grounded long enough to learn to do all of that, and to wear human clothing with ease. I believe another Drakeside is mentioned as having fallen to earth far earlier in the story, but I can't find that reference right now. I suspect that this may be him.
Zeke is probably a Nixside. All the Siders we know by name have followed similar naming conventions: gryphside names start with P, pegasides with A, drakesides with T, zalside with H, and the only other Nixside who's been named was Ziva
That can't be Terminus. Terminus only fell a day ago, if I'm right on the timing convention. He didn't lose his horns, either. And he DEFINITELY would not be the type to find his humility so quickly and establish good relationships with all these other sides. But I def believe the child is Pandora.
